We can provide you with temporary staff for short-term employment as well as for longer periods. For short-term staffing needs, we supply staff for single-day or multi-day assignments. Bookings can be made ad-hoc within 24 hours.
For project-based staffing needs, you can receive employees on a regular basis for several weeks. In this case, we create an exclusive staff pool for you to ensure that you can expect recurring workers throughout the duration of the project.
If you have a long-term need for staff, we recommend booking our working students who will work for you for several months. In this case, we offer a recruitment process that is tailored to your needs. The duration of employment can be between 3 and 18 months. The working students usually work between 12 and 20 hours per week.
This depends on the duration of the temporary employment. For short-term assignments, we cannot guarantee that you will always get the same talent. However, you can increase the likelihood of this by rating your booked employees after each shift. Based on your rating, we will try to preferentially match you with the staff that you have rated positively.
The situation is different if you book working students for a longer period of time. In this case, the same employees will work for you for the entire agreed employment period of 3-18 months.
In the case of short-term employment, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the shift. After that, we would have to charge you the costs for the respective booking despite the cancellation. For longer-term assignments of working students of 3 months or more, there is a notice period of 2 weeks. In this case, you cannot cancel shifts at short notice.
No, with Zenjob there are no monthly fees or minimum purchase quantities. In the case of short-term employment, you only pay for the hours that the temporary workers actually work.
The situation is slightly different for the longer-term leasing of working students. In this case, you agree to provide the number of hours per week specified in the order form over the specified period of 3-18 months. Since we guarantee this amount for the assigned Talents, we will invoice you for this number of hours even if you schedule our Talents less often.
